What is E-Bill?
Our electronic billings system is a secure way for members to view their accounts on the internet. In addition to paying online, checking their billing and payment history, members can review their monthly usage and their average daily usage for each month.
How do I sign up?
Enrolling is easy. Just follow these simple instructions.
- Click on the E-Bill logo (laptop) on the right-side of the page.
- Click on New User and enter your account number, last name or business name, e-mail address an
d the password of your choice. - That’s it! You now have access to your Kay Electric account.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your monthly bill is available.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Registration for the program does not obligate you to pay through the E-Bill credit card program. You can sign-up simply to view your bill online and then make your payment in the usual matter.
Will bills also be mailed?
Yes. Shortly after you receive an e-mail notification that your bill is ready to view online, you will receive a paper bill in the mail.
