The Kay Room is a versatile event and meeting space designed to accommodate a wide variety of gatherings in a comfortable and professional setting. With an occupancy rating of 707, the hall is ideal for meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, birthday parties, reunions, baby showers, wedding showers, graduation celebrations, community events, and other special occasions. Available to members, the public, and local businesses, the space offers flexible options for both personal and professional events.

Guests have access to a full kitchen, and tables and chairs are provided to help simplify event planning. The hall is equipped with Wi-Fi, a sound system, projector and screen, and a podium with microphone capabilities, making it an excellent choice for presentations, trainings, and business meetings. For convenience and comfort, both men’s and women’s restroom facilities are available on-site.

Deposit

A rental fee of $350 and a $500 security deposit are required for all Kay Room rentals. Both the rental fee and deposit are due upon confirmation of the rental agreement to secure your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded following the event, provided the facility is left clean and no damages or violations of the rental agreement are identified.
