How to Read Your Billing Statement

Account Information - Displays your statement date, account number and payment due date.
Account Balance Summary - Provides a summary of your previous balance, payments received, current charges and total amount due.
Important Messages - This section contains important notices and information regarding your account or cooperative updates.
Service Information - Lists your account number, service address, and service description. The meter details include your rate schedule, billing period, meter readings, multiplier, kilowatt-hours (kWh) used, billed demand (if applicable) and KVA.
Usage History - Shows your monthly electricity usage for the past 12 months, including your highest and lowest monthly usage, average daily usage, and average daily cost.
Current Service Detail - Provides an itemized breakdown of the charges included in your current bill.
Payment Stub - Includes your account number and total amount due. When mailing your payment, please detach and return the bottom portion of your statement to ensure your payment is credited correctly.
