Individuals with a serious medical condition may require the administration of specialized treatments and may be dependent on medical technology such as ventilators, dialysis machines, enteral or parenteral nutrition support, or continuous oxygen.
If severe weather causes extensive damage, the restoration of service may take several days. Because we cannot guarantee uninterrupted electrical service, we urge you to have an alternate care plan or maintain a battery-powered backup. We also encourage you to keep a list of emergency numbers and have a battery-powered radio to keep track of severe weather.
To report an outage, please call us toll-free at (800) 535-1079 or at our office at (580) 363-1260. You can also log in online or use our SmartHub app on your smartphone to report an outage and check the status of repair efforts.
A medical note on an account does not release a customer from bill payments, nor does it eliminate the possibility of eventual cut-off for nonpayment. We realize that severe medical conditions can place a strain on your budget. If you experience financial hardship, please call us to work out a payment arrangement.
