Use this application to request permission to attach communications or other third-party facilities to Kay Electric Cooperative-owned utility poles. Complete the application with all requested information and submit the required supporting documents for review. Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required documentation cannot be processed. Once your application has been reviewed, a representative from Kay Electric Cooperative will contact you regarding the next steps.
