Bart is currently teaching college students Animal Science classes at NOC in Tonkawa. He is a High School graduate of Deer Creek-Lamont and a college graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS & MS in Animal Science and Ag Education. Bart is also the NOC Sheep Center Manager in the Division of Ag & Biological Sciences.
Bart was elected to the KEC Board April 8, 2022. Bart and his wife Judy have been married since 1994 and have 2 children. He has been a member of Kay Electric since 1997.
Bart assists with youth at the Lamont UMC and is on the Church Board. He has been a member of the Continental Dorset Club-National Board since 2019. Bart is also a member of the American Hampshire Sheep Association - National Board since 2020, OYE and Tulsa State Fair Sheep Committees from 1997 to 2013, NWDJLS Sheep Committee from 2014 to present, and the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Board from 1995 to 2008.
