Jake is currently engaged in cattle ranching. Jake attended Newkirk High school and college at Northwestern OSU and TCU with a degree in Ranch Management.
Jake and his wife Christi have been married since 1997 and have 2 children. They have been members since 1994.
Jake has been active on Rural Fire District 106 Board, Kay County Cattleman’s Association Board, and has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2011. While serving on the Kay Electric Board, Jake has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certification and Director Gold Credential.
